I spent 25 years learning what to say at the end of a call. That's the part that decides if you get a callback, or a review. Nobody teaches that part. You learn it by losing jobs you already won.

Along the way I picked up some credentials: NATE Certified Proctor, EPA 608 Universal Proctor, NCCER Instructor, and adjunct at Wake Tech. In every classroom I saw the same thing. We train techs on the fix for years. We train them on the words for zero minutes.
