Proven Tech (“the Service”) is the Prove It / Say It / Earn It field system for trades crews, available at proventech.app. It is operated by TB Training Group LLC, operating under the name TrustBuilt Training (“we,” “us”). Questions about this policy: [email protected].

1. What we collect

• Account details. Your name, email address, password (stored only in protected, scrambled form), your shop's name, your shop's trade, and your role (owner or tech).
• Job details you type in. The complaint, your working theory, the tests you ran, readings, and notes. Enter the job, not the customer: the Service does not need your customer's name, address, or contact information, and we ask that you leave those out.
• Usage records. Which script generations you run (analysis, say, earn), when, the AI processing size and cost of each, and which trade mode each job used.
• Billing records. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status, plan, and Stripe reference IDs — we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical basics. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) that come with operating any website.

2. How we use it

To run the Service: generating your scripts, saving your jobs, enforcing your plan's seat count, and keeping owner and tech roles straight. To bill you. To answer support requests. To understand usage and improve the product. And to send you email — both service messages (password resets, receipts) and marketing from TrustBuilt Training (see section 5).

3. AI processing

When you generate a script, the job details you typed are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which drafts the script and sends it back. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, your inputs are not used to train their AI models. The AI connection runs entirely from our servers — your device never talks to Anthropic directly.

4. Who we share with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run the Service, each bound to use it solely for that purpose:

We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We would disclose information if the law required it.

5. Marketing email

When you sign up, your name, email, shop, trade, and role go into our CRM so we can send onboarding help and TrustBuilt Training marketing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your account or service emails.

6. Inside your shop

Proven Tech accounts belong to a shop. The shop owner can see the crew's saved jobs and the shop's usage. Techs cannot see billing. If you leave a shop, its owner keeps the jobs saved under that shop.

7. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your information while your account is active. To close your account and delete your data, email [email protected] — we'll confirm and delete within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons (like invoices).

8. Security

Connections are encrypted, AI and payment keys live only on our servers, and database access is locked to each shop's own people. No online service can promise perfect security, but we build for it and we don't keep what we don't need.

9. Who the Service is for

Proven Tech is a business tool for working trades professionals aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date, and for significant changes we'll tell you by email or in the app.

11. Referral links

Every shop gets a unique referral link/code. If a new shop signs up through your link, we record that attribution (which code referred them) so we can credit whoever sent them our way. We don't collect any additional personal data through this beyond the code itself — no tracking of who clicked it, only which new signup it's tied to.

The Service and this policy are available in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and Hindi.
